Terms for EEA based customers

ABOUT THIS POLICY

If you are an EEA based Mind Tools corporate customer, as of 1 July 2021, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) found here will be incorporated into our agreement with you (unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless an adequacy decision in relation to the flow of personal data from the EEA to the UK is adopted earlier) and will apply to any processing of personal data we do on your behalf.
 
The SCCs are standardised contractual clauses used in agreements between service providers (such as Mind Tools) and their customers to ensure that any personal data leaving the EEA by you as the data exporter, will be transferred to us as the data importer, in compliance with EU data protection law and will meet the requirements of the GDPR. If there is any inconsistency between the terms of our agreement with you and these SCCs, the terms in the SCCs will prevail.
